Donald Trump is once again threatening to pull out of a GOP debate—and Fox says it's because he's afraid to face Megyn Kelly again. Speaking to CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Monday, Trump said that he's not 100% sure about attending the Thursday night debate because he's not sure Kelly will treat him fairly. "If I think I'm going to be treated unfairly I'll do something else," he said. "But I don't think she can treat me fairly, actually. I think she's very biased." But he added: "That doesn't mean I don't do the debate. I like doing the debates. I've won every single debate, according to every poll."

"I'm not a big fan of hers," he said of Kelly. "Maybe I know too much about her." In a statement, Fox responded: "Sooner or later Donald Trump, even if he's president, is going to have to learn that he doesn't get to pick the journalists—we're very surprised he's willing to show that much fear about being questioned by Megyn Kelly." The New York Times notes that CNBC changed its debate format after a Trump boycott threat in October, but last month, he dropped his demand for CNN to pay $5 million to charity in return for him showing up at the network's debate. (After clashing with Kelly during a Fox debate in August, Trump took a lot of heat for saying there was "blood coming out of her wherever.")
