A couple in a quiet Oregon town is expecting their first child. So far, so normal—but the fact that it's the man who is pregnant is raising some baffling gender issues, the Oregonian reports. To his wife, "I am her husband carrying our child," he wrote in The Advocate. "I will be my daughter's father, and my wife will be her mother. We will be a family." Some physicians expressed concern about possible health complications for a child born to a man who has been taking testosterone for 10 years as as part of the transgender process.
