The wacky world of real estate-related crime continues with this entry out of Great Falls, Mont., where some young kids busted a couple of slightly older kids in a compromising position, per the Great Falls Tribune. Police reports note that a local real estate agent arrived to set a home up for an open house on Sunday, his "elementary-age" kids in tow, and as he was prepping the house, the kids decided to wander around—and stumbled across a shocking scene in one of the bedrooms: A 22-year-old woman and a 17-year-old male companion lying naked on the floor.
The report says the kids ran out of the room "very disturbed," per MTN News, and once their dad entered the bedroom and saw the same sight, he called the cops. The suspects fled the scene, but police caught up with them in the same neighborhood and arrested Briana Noel Moore and the young man, who is not named because of his age. The realtor confirmed their identity, and Moore was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief and held on $10,000 bail; she told the cops that the male kicked in the back door to gain entry. It's not clear if he will also be charged.
