Donald Trump's early-morning tweets Friday about Alicia Machado's alleged sex tape backfired when his own cameo in a 2000 porn film resurfaced. Trump is seen at the start of the New York City segment of a softcore Playboy film, which can be seen here—and don't worry, his clothes remain on. Trump is seen opening a bottle of champagne in the video, which BuzzFeed reports goes on to feature women "posing in sexual positions, dancing naked, touching themselves while naked, touching each other sensually, rubbing honey on themselves, taking a bath, and dressing in costumes." A round-up of other coverage:

  • "There's been a lot of talk about sex tapes today, and in a strange turn of events, only one adult film has emerged today, and its star is Donald Trump," a Hillary Clinton campaign spokesman quipped, per the Washington Post. At a campaign rally in Florida Friday, Clinton slammed Trump for his "unhinged" behavior. "Who gets up at 3 o'clock in the morning to engage in a Twitter attack against a former Miss Universe?" she wondered. "Really, why does he do things like that?"

  • Trump went on the attack in an interview with the New York Times Friday, promising that he "can be nastier than she ever can be" and bringing up Bill Clinton's infidelities. "Hillary Clinton was married to the single greatest abuser of women in the history of politics," he said. "Hillary was an enabler, and she attacked the women who Bill Clinton mistreated afterward. I think it’s a serious problem for them, and it's something that I’m considering talking about more in the near future." Trump also said he was rethinking his promise to support Clinton if she wins in November.
  • The Guardian reports that Trump went on to repeat his attacks on the Clinton Foundation before warning about possible voter fraud. He urged people at a Michigan. rally to "go and watch the polling places and make sure it is on the up and up."
  • The Daily Beast takes a look back at Trump's history with sex tapes and finds that he wasn't always against them: In 2009, he urged Miss USA runner-up Carrie Prejean to release her sex tape. In 2003, he told Howard Stern he had watched Paris Hilton's sex tape with then-girlfriend Melania. "I've known Paris Hilton from the time she's 12, her parents are friends of mine," Trump said. "And the first time I saw her she walked into the room and I said, 'Who the hell is that?'"
  • The San Diego Union-Tribune, which has been endorsing Republicans since Ulysses Grant in 1868, the year it was founded, became the latest paper to break with tradition when it endorsed Clinton over the "vengeful, dishonest, and impulsive" Trump on Friday, warning that he could be as bad for America as Hugo Chavez was for Venezuela.
  • Politico reports that hackers who broke into the account of a Clinton staffer have released audio from a February fundraiser where she describes some Bernie Sanders supporters as"children of the Great Recession" who are attracted to "political revolution" because of a lack of opportunities. "They are living in their parents’ basement," she said. "They feel they got their education and the jobs that are available to them are not at all what they envisioned for themselves. And they don't see much of a future."
  • Polls conducted after Monday's debate show that Clinton is once again gaining ground on Trump. A Fox poll released Friday night puts her 3 points ahead and the latest Reuters poll puts her 5 points ahead at 43% to 38% for Trump, with 19% choosing neither.
