When baby no. 2 arrives for Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan Zuckerberg, the Facebook founder will again be taking two months of paternity leave, like he did when daughter Max was born. "I will always be grateful I could spend so much time with her in the first months of her life," Zuck wrote in a Facebook post announcing his leave. "At Facebook, we offer four months of maternity and paternity leave because studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, it's good for the entire family." This time around, rather than taking the two months all at once, he'll be taking one month when his second daughter arrives and another month in December. All Facebook employees are allowed to use their maternity or paternity leave at any point during the first year of their child's life, Mashable reports. (More Mark Zuckerberg stories.)
