Friday night's New Jersey Devil's game started with a moment so heartwarming they're lucky they still had any ice left to play on. NBC Sports reports 14-year-old Lauralie Mufute was singing the national anthem when she blanked on the words midway through. Luckily, there was a crowd of 14,381 at the Prudential Center to help her out, according to the Record. When fans realized Mufute had forgotten the words, they belted out the rest of the anthem for her. One Devils fan called it "the most amazing anthem I have ever witnessed." Another added: "Damn proud to be a supporter of this team." (More national anthem stories.)
