Deaf actress finishes last, bounced from 'Dancing With the Stars'

(Newser) – Marlee Matlin became the latest also-ran on "Dancing With the Stars" last night when judges and audiences voted her off after an awkward mambo, the AP reports. The deaf actress struggled to stay with the beat, and "looked uncomfortable throughout," according to the head judge. On her way out, Matlin drew praise from the show's host—and her longtime friend—Tom Bergeron.
