LiLo's Mom a Leech: Ex

Lindsay Lohan’s mom Dina must appear in Family Court this morning or face “immediate arrest and imprisonment," the New York Daily News reports. Ex-con and ex-hubby Michael has reopened their divorce case, citing the E! reality star’s drunkenness in front of their children and her failure to comply with court-ordered visitation rights.

"Dina is a wannabe living off Lindsay's fame," accuses dad Michael—who became a born-again Christian after serving time for attempted assault—in court papers. He said Dina, who is launching 14-year-old Ali’s career through their show “Living Lohan,” “quite simply, views Ali as a bankable commodity.” (More Lindsay Lohan stories.)
