(Newser) – Nine people are missing and presumed dead and another four are badly burned after a helicopter carrying firefighters crashed in northern California, the Los Angeles Times reports. The helicopter went down Tuesday in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, but the cause is unclear. Those on board were helping fight a 27-square-mile fire in the forest.
