(Newser) – Google, named for an astronomically large number, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a call for ideas that could improve the lives of astronomically large numbers of people. Project 10100—pronounced '10 to the 100th'—seeks submissions from the public for world-changing ideas that the company will donate $10 million to develop. Submissions are due Oct. 20.
