(Newser) – Police arrested a fourth person yesterday in connection with the abusive captivity of a 16-year-old California teen, on charges similar to those a couple and the boy’s aunt already face. Youth football coach Anthony Vincent Waiters, 29, was a frequent guest at the house where the boy was kept shackled and drugged, the San Francisco Chronicle reports. The man also formerly worked at the gym where the boy escaped for help.
