Remains found near Anthony house are those of missing toddler, police say

(Newser) – DNA tests performed by the FBI have confirmed that the bones found near the home of Caylee Anthony’s grandparents are the remains of the missing toddler, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony, who is charged with her murder, has been informed in jail. Authorities still don’t know precisely how Caylee died and are listing her homicide as “by indeterminate means,” a police spokesman said.

The utility worker who found the bones last week informed Florida police three times in August of a suspicious gray bag near the Anthony house, officials said. The remains are "all disarticulated and completely skelotenized,” said the medical examiner who analyzed the remains. “There was dispertion of remains over the area."

My mother had my sister at 19. My sister is now 43. So age has nothing to do with killing your own child. Being raised by self entitled,white trash who also lie and are very dysfunctional themselves does not help! The A's belong in that trashbag NOT Caylee.

Another reason people shouldn't have kids too young. They're too selfish and think they're smarter than everyone in the room. May she rot in prison and grow old and wise there to fully comprehend the horror she has brought upon us all.

(NEWSER) - Casey Anthony is apparently nowhere near done with the courts. The meter reader who found Caylee's remains has sued her for defamation, reports the Orlando Sentinel . Roy Kronk says her lawyers tried to pin the blame on him after he made the discovery, and he points out a logical contradiction: If Anthony was telling the truth in court that Caylee drowned in the family pool, why did she let her lawyers smear his name publicly and suggest he kidnapped the girl? No violations during Floridian's first full month on probation

(NEWSER) - The job market in Florida is tough these days—and presumably a lot tougher if your name is Casey Anthony. The 25-year-old has told her probation officer that she is unemployed, has no income, and is drinking alcohol, although not to excess, the Palm Beach New Times reports. Anthony, who is serving a year on probation for a check-fraud conviction unrelated to her daughter's death, owes state taxpayers $217,500 for lying about Caylee's disappearance and sparking a search for a nonexistent nanny. (NEWSER) - The Florida man who allegedly killed his wife and shot two pastors yesterday had been on probation for killing a previous wife, the AP reports. Jeremiah Fogle, 57, was sentenced to 10 years' probation in 1987 for fatally shooting wife-of-five-months Diane Fogle at home with a rifle. Prosecutors at the time reduced the charge from first-degree murder to manslaughter and recommended probation, saying he had handled the gun in a "negligent, careless, and reckless manner." More»
