How did Madonna score a Brazilian model less than half her age? His parents cried “kidnapping,” but pals claim the whole thing is a well-played publicity stunt typical of the Material Pentagenarian, the Mirror reports. “Taking Jesus to Kaballah is a masterstroke as she always historically introduces her lovers to the religion,” one insider pointed out, adding that ex-hubby Guy Ritchie—whom Madonna is trying to annoy—“saw the pictures and laughed out loud.”
“It’s just Madonna for you. She loves being the center of attention,” the source said. But “dating” Jesus isn’t the only way the pop star is seeking the spotlight: The Sun reports she’s set her sights on playing Wallis Simpson, the American divorcee whose scandalous affair with King Edward VIII led to his abdication—because she sees similarities between the story and her own marriage to a Brit.
