Boy accused of shooting dad's pregnant lover 'swimming' in adult prison duds

Pennsylvania authorities are struggling with how to handle the case of an 11-year-old boy arrested in the murder of his father's pregnant girlfriend. State law allows children over ten to be tried as adults. But the prison warden already wants Jordan Brown moved to a juvenile facility, reports the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Prison clothes are so big for the boy that he's "swimming" in the shirt and the pants have been "cuffed up 10 times," said his attorney.
Jordan is accused of shooting 26-year-old Kenzie Houk in the head as she lay in bed in the family's farmhouse. She was eight months pregnant with a son conceived with Jordan's dad. The district attorney plans to interview the boy's father and review a psychiatric profile before proceeding. "I don't think anybody has any experience prosecuting an 11-year-old for murder," he said. In the meantime, Jordan's attorney is attempting to obtain his homework assignments.
