Alcohol was present, but cause of death still unclear
(NEWSER) - There was alcohol in Amy Winehouse’s system when she died, but toxicology tests turned up no illegal substances, her family says. No word yet whether the alcohol played a role in her death, and it's still not clear what killed her, the AP reports. In other Winehouse news, dad Mitch had to return donations to fans who wanted to contribute to the posthumous Amy Winehouse Foundation. A “dick head ... stole our foundation name" before Mitch registered it, he tweeted over the weekend. The Guardian notes that he decided to return the donations since, as he tweeted , “we haven’t got bank ac in that name.” (His latest tweet, however, indicates that he was able to get the name back.)
