A broken-hearted Lindsay Lohan is still speaking to ex Samantha Ronson—who is begging Lindsay to get help, a source tells People. An insecure LiLo had relied on her girlfriend for self-esteem, says the source, and without her, "Lindsay barely sleeps, which explains a lot of her behavior. She's exhausted."
The star's erratic tendencies have Ronson's pals on edge, as they worry she enables Lohan's antics. "While Sam doesn’t want to deal with the drama, in a sick way she is obsessed with this part of Lindsay's behavior." Lohan, meanwhile, has found a silver lining in the breakup's challenges: her supportive sister, Ali. "Lindsay never realized until this happened how important her sister was to her."
