(NEWSER) - The Grammys got started with—what else?—a performance. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band did a rousing rendition of "We Take Care of Our Own" before host LL Cool J even made an appearance. Neither Rihanna nor Brown mentioned the other by name. Girlfriend claims he assaulted her; reps say he'll be cleared

(NEWSER) - Police in Palm Springs are looking for Jeremy London— he of kidnapping and Celebrity Rehab fame —after the actor's girlfriend claimed that he assaulted her, reports People . The unnamed girlfriend says that London assaulted her outside her home after an argument over custody of their child turned nasty. London's people are denying the allegation, and say he's "cooperating" fully with authorities.
