(Newser) – Donald Trump: entrepreneur, reality show host, airline safety investigator. The real estate mogul has a friend who makes handcarts out of the same material the Airbus 330 rudders are made of, so the Donald has a theory about Air France Flight 447, the New York Post reports.

“He gets about 10 calls each year that detail how a cart will disintegrate with very little physical abuse or provocation,” Trump posted on his blog Friday. “So don't expect to see me on a plane with a plastic rudder.”

Odd that military planes and some civilan planes have had composite parts on them for years and actually the AB plane has a good record. The tail so far has no indication of being at fault. The fault appears to be the air speed indicators that gave the wrong numbers and caused the plane to break up, which will happen whether it is composite or Alum. I also doubt that his carts are made of the same material or standards that the AB is.

Didn't they find the tail? Wasn't it in one piece?
