(Newser) – The Rev. Jesse Jackson said today that Michael Jackson's family, suspicious over his death, have ordered a second autopsy. Among their concerns is the role played by Dr. Conrad Murray in Jackson’s final hours. "When did the doctor come? What did he do? Did he inject him?" asked the reverend. The police investigation now centers on Murray, who was living with Jackson but didn’t sign his death certificate, the Guardian reports.

Meanwhile, Jackson’s three children—aged 12, 11, and 7—have asked to remain with their grandmother Katherine Jackson, who vows to fight “tooth and nail” to win permanent custody, the Telegraph reports. Debbie Rowe, mother of the two eldest children, denies reports that she also wants custody, says the Times of London. Jackson’s children could inherit about $1 billion from his estate.

Copy rights. Elvis never sold his and they were part of his estate, Not so, now. MJ actually owned, mortgaged more of the Beatles then he did himself.
