Man Says He Wrote Lost—in '77

A Hollywood producer has filed a lawsuit claiming he wrote the original pilot for ABC’s hit series Lost—in 1977, TMZ reports. Anthony Spinner says ABC passed on the series three times, then created a knockoff in 2004 with Touchstone Television. Spinner, who’s seeking a share of royalties, cites numerous similarities, including the “airplane headed to Los Angeles [that] crashes into a tropical jungle-like environment.”
