Kiefer Cleared in Headbutt Case

(Newser) – Kiefer Sutherland won't be going to jail on either coast for headbutting a designer in a New York nightclub in May, People reports. Manhattan authorities have dropped charges after the alleged victim declined to cooperate in the investigation, and Los Angeles authorities have decided not to pursue the 24 star for violating his probation on a DUI conviction. Sutherland and the alleged headbuttee resolved their differences after the incident.
