(Newser) – The Miss California drama isn’t over yet: dethroned Carrie Prejean is filing a lawsuit against the organization, reports Perez Hilton, who snagged a copy of the complaint. Prejean names Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler, but not Donald Trump, as defendants in her suit for—among other things—slander, libel, and religious discrimination. Lawyers for both sides are in talks to handle the matter through mediation, sources say.

As I understand it she violated the terms of her contract by not revealing the photos, not fulfilling her obligations and her outside talks that by contract were suppose to go through the pageant.

Mainlander: "The way I understand it, she was fired for not fulfilling her contractual obligations." ----------------------------------------------------------------- See - that's the problem Shanna and Keith LIED about her not fulfilling her obligations and saying she was difficult to work with just to get her fired. Shanna is the most useless whore on the planet - she can't even get out of bed to take care of her kids but she was DETERMINED to get rid of Carried after that shit happened with Perez. Can't wait til she is proven a great big fat useless whore in court.

Shanna (the most useless whore on the planet) and Keith conspired to get her fired by suddenly coming up with serveral instances of Carrie being "difficult" or "not fulfilling" her duties - funny all that happened directly after Carrie was humiliated for stating her beliefs and after Perez Hilton AND Shanna took to Twitter and bad mouthed her. Bottom line - she lost the crown because Shanna and Keith lied to get her fired.
