Jackson's Death a Homicide: Coroner

(Newser) – Michael Jackson's death will be officially ruled a homicide by the LA County coroner's office, sources tell the AP. Jackson's body contained "lethal levels" of a powerful prescription anesthetic, the office determined during his autopsy, according to an affidacit unsealed today. Dr. Conrad Murray administered the drug, propofol, but apparently was not in legal possession of the medication, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Who cares at this point? (other than hoarde of Jackson fan who will be frothing at the courthouse.) Whilst Dr. Murray may have given the lethal dose, it wasn't Jackson's first time on the merry-go-round, Dr. Murray didn't think this up on his own and Jackson (as far as we know) wasn't screaming "stop I want to sleep in my own bed I don't need the stuff." What about all the OTHER doctors over the years that started/aided this cycle of abuse? Reply
