Superman Sex Suit Heats Up

Jon Peters ordered to stay 100 yards away from oo-producer Brian Quintana

(Newser) – Two co-producers of Superman: Man of Steel are embroiled in a sexual harassment lawsuit, and now Jon Peters has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Brian Quintana, the New York Post reports. The problems began last year when Quintana sued Peters for physical and sexual harassment and continued at an Aug. 12 deposition, where Peters is accused of lunging at Quintana.

“I am going to cross this table and beat the [bleep]ing [bleep] out of you. I am going to kick your ass,” Peters said, according to the deposition transcript. “His lawyer had to hold him back,” Quintana says. Peters’ lawyer disagrees, saying Peters “lost his temper” after Quintana blew kisses at him, but “did not threaten Mr. Quintana.”
