The Fox 'sexpert' debunks myths about the fairer sex

(Newser) – Men have a lot of screwy ideas about women and sex, but Dr. Yvonne K. Fulbright, Fox News’ “sexpert” is here to set them straight. And she’ll use the whip if she has to. Here are some myths she’s debunking:

She needs an emotional connection, not a one-night stand: “Not every woman is out to seduce a man into a relationship via sex.” Some are willing to let loose with some raw, emotionless screwing.

It’ll take her forever to orgasm: Women who masturbate tend to orgasm pretty readily—some can climax within minutes.
Every woman has a hot G spot: Every woman has a G spot, but it’s not always an erogenous zone, so try finding hot spots elsewhere.
Women don’t need sex as often: Consider all the touching, teasing and exhibitionism that women engage in; their sexual appetites are probably greater.

Andre Davis didn't tell sex partners about disease

(NEWSER) - A professional wrestler has been sentenced in Ohio to 32 years or having sex with at least 11 women without telling them he has HIV—or lying that he was healthy. Andre Davis, 29—who has wrestled under the stage names "Gangsta of Love" and "Sweet Sexy Sensation"—was convicted of felonious assault, reports the Cincinnati Enquirer. Davis argued in court that he's a "sex addict" who was too "scared" to tell anyone he had HIV, and that he didn't intend to hurt anyone. "I am a loving and compassionate man. I'm not a monster," he said. But a prosecutor called him a "manipulative man and a liar." More»

Risk of dying during sex miniscule for most patients, study finds

(NEWSER) - Having sex is safe for the vast majority of heart patients as long as they use a little common sense, according to a report from the American Heart Association. Fewer than 1% of heart attacks are linked to sex and patients cleared for physical activity and capable of climbing two flights of stairs shouldn't fear that the next time they have sex will be the last, the report found. More than one partner in year could label you as risky

(NEWSER) - Anyone who has had sex with two or more people in the past year could be classified as a risky organ donor even if they possess no other risk factors, according to new health guidelines proposed by the CDC. The new federal policy would flag organ donors who have not been monogamous for the previous 12 months as at increased risk for carrying HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C, reports MSNBC's health blog, Vitals .
