(Newser) – What do Michelle Obama, Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria Parker, Ricky Gervais, and Kobe Bryant have in common? All of them will appear on this season of Sesame Street, its 40th anniversary. The first lady will flex her green thumb and talk about gardening and eating healthy on the show’s Nov. 10 premiere, Us reports.

“All these seeds need to grow are sun, soil, and water. If you eat these healthy foods, you're going to grow up to be big and strong, like me,” says Obama, who will plant tomato, cucumber, and lettuce seeds on the show. “I know you're going to like these vegetables, because in addition to being healthy, they really taste great!”

It will be a 'sacrifice', but she'll do it for the kids.

@toon: for you to suggest that the only way rich people are rich to begin with is by stealing, is laughable. In case you haven't heard, and you probably haven't, you can quite be successful and "rich" in life through the blood and sweat of ones own brow. I know that this is a unique concept for a liberal that thinks that the government should support people from the cradle to the grave, but believe me when I say that the concept works. That said, to answer your question, no I don't think it's petty. Don't you think it's unfair for the top 5% of income earners to pay 97% of the taxes in this country? @queen: the rich in this country are defined as anybody making over 250K a year, and plenty of those are still not millionaires or billionaires. So yay for you and class envy!
