The Quaids have allegedly been squatting in a Santa Barbara guest house on a property they used to own, and are accused of causing more than $5,000 in damages to the house. Cops arrived Saturday after being called by the new owner’s representative, who showed proof that the Quaids sold the property years ago (though they told the police they still owned it, and had since the 1990s). The actor and his wife, who allegedly skipped out on a $10,000 hotel tab , are being held on $100,000 bond.
