Moore, Hannity Spar Over Capitalism

Filmmaker catches Hannity in fib about church attendance

Share

(Newser) – Michael Moore and Sean Hannity didn't exactly take off the gloves, but they did mix it up in a spirited exchange about the roots of the financial crisis on Hannity's Fox News show last night. Moore, appearing to promote his latest, Capitalism: A Love Story, scored his best punch during a discussion of capitalism and religion, when Hannity professed to attend Catholic mass every Sunday, only to draw a blank when the filmmaker asked what the most recent sermon was. "It was only two days ago!" scoffed Moore.

Mine does but I would just as soon then did not, I do not watch it nor will I watch the tripe. I would rather glean news from 1,000 small sources than have one main to be all I have to shape my true opinions on important matters
