(Newser) – Dick Cheney’s daughter Mary is braving another conservative firestorm after confirming she and long-time partner Heather Poe are expecting their second child in November. Cheney plans to take maternity leave, then start a consulting firm with sister—and rising GOP star—Liz. Cheney told friends about her pregnancy four months ago, sources tell True/Slant. Her first pregnancy, in 2006, created quite a stir in the conservative community, though she's been politically invisible since 2004.

How could Mary start a consulting firm with dunder head Liz? Seems like they would be on opposite sides of the spectrum. Reply

Actually, despite being gay, which is usually a death sentence to the right, she seems to have drank the GOP kool-aid and parrots most of her fathers ridiculous statements.
