Meghan McCain Gets Racy on Twitter

Guess what part of that picture got everyone's attention? Hint: Not the book

Share

(Newser) – Meghan McCain’s latest “controversy” is over a picture of herself—one particular part of herself being more prominent than anything else—she posted on Twitter last night. The photo (at left) is being alternately slammed and defended by commenters, the Detroit Free Press reports. Arguably the best comment of the bunch: “You should put a pink bow over this photo and call it a tribute to breast cancer awareness month.”

“When I am alone in my apartment, I wear tank tops and sweat pants, I had no idea this makes me a 'slut', I can't even tell you how hurt I am,” tweeted McCain, who also threatened to quit Twitter. “I do want to apologize to anyone that was offended by my twitpic, I have clearly made a huge mistake and am sorry 2 those that are offended.”

This photo of Meghan McCain is causing quite a stir.

May not be really all hers, and I like the pink bow for cancer idea.

I read the Twitter feed this morning, some Right Wingers hurt her feelings then she threatened to delete her twitter account, they told her she looked like a slut....my only question is: What took them so long to realize this????

Maybe she could be a spokesmodel for the plastics industry - or the American Dairy Association.
