(Newser) – California prosecutors will charge Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter for his role in the death of Michael Jackson. Prosecutors plan to argue that Murray was grossly negligent in prescribing a sleep aid to the pop singer. An indictment will be sought after the LAPD completes the formality of presenting the case to the district attorney, the AP reports.
