The White House is adding a few high-tech touches to tomorrow's State of the Union Address. For starters, the speech will be broadcast live on the new White House app for the iPhone as well as on YouTube's CitizenTube channel. Afterward, people can submit questions via CitizenTube and vote on others. Obama will answer the top-voted questions next week in an interview broadcast on the channel, reports Huffington Post and the Washington Post.
