Lindsay Lohan's estranged father has been booked for criminal contempt for the second time in 2 months, according to Long Island authorities. Michael Lohan was arrested for breaching a restraining order against him obtained by ex-girlfriend Erin Muller by calling her at work, her lawyer tells the New York Post. Lohan—who was was told by a judge last year he wouldn't be prosecuted on aggravated harassment charges if he stayed out of trouble for a year—was arrested for doing the same thing in December.
