The last time I saw the aurora borealis was back in the early 80's in Norway thanks to Uncle Sam. I will look for it tonight.

Due to the nature of the flare...tell your friends in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas to look for the light show !! It is an unforgettable experience to have. Get the kids out to watch for them too! Because this is such a large flare the entire southern US might get to see them! They can be magical.
