Manning, 27, and Abby McGrew, 24, picked up their marriage license in Manhattan this week, onlookers said. McGrew’s father and Manning’s brother (Cooper, not the famous one) confirmed the upcoming ceremony. “It’s towards the end of April,” said Tom McGrew. “It’s private.”
