(Newser) – A Marine killed two fellow Marines and then himself at a Virginia base last night, the AP reports. Authorities say it was an isolated incident, probably triggered by a relationship dispute at the Quantico base, reports NBC News. Two males and a female are dead. The shooter killed his male victim first, then seized his female victim before killing her and himself inside the barracks, says a base spokesman. Earlier reports that the shooter had barricaded himself in a standoff were untrue, says the base commander. All three were staffers at the camp's Officer Candidate School, reports the Washington Post.

“This is truly a tragic loss for the Marine Corps, which has had a number of tragic losses in the last couple of weeks," added the commander. "It's been a long night."

This type of thing is inevitable when young men and women are integrated into combat units. Radical feminism and political correctness will destroy the military without ever having to go to war to do so.

Sorry liberals, military men and women should be in separate areas of the base, ship or where ever they're assigned. This is the type of shit that happens either on base or in the field.

Immediately upon first hearing of this incident, I verified that it was two males and a female involved and no one else Years of experiance directed me towards that of a lover's triangel or a romantic involvement. It now seems I was right. Still, what a shame. May they rest in peace. Our Finest (USMC) needs all the help it needs in defending Our Country even from subversion from within at the highest levels. SEMPER FIDELIS ! *Now watch the Spinmasters in DC misdirect this case. ~Rick Magee, FL
