They ordered food at the drive-thru speaker around 10:30pm but never made it to the window to pick up their order. An employee went to check on them and found the couple asleep, still at the order speaker. Police arrived and woke up the woman in the passenger seat, who was "asleep, mouth open, with drool coming down her face." She woke up the man in the driver's seat. Police say both smelled of alcohol. According to the New York Daily News, the man allegedly gave police a fake name, then got belligerent and tried to elbow an officer in the head. He was identified as 28-year-old Kevin Yonson. He has three convictions for DUI and one for sexual assault. Yonson was arrested and charged with DUI, failing to register as a sex offender, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, battery on a law officer, and giving false information to a police officer. The woman was returned to her hotel.
