Washingtonienne made big name by dishing on her high-powered trysts

(Newser) – For the handful of political junkies who recognized her, it was a strange sight. Jessica Cutler—the Washingtonienne— married? Tied down to a legitimate, monogamous relationship? Strange but true, confirms the New York Observer, which dropped in on the former sex blogger’s wedding. It was a classy affair at City Hall, complete with a cake shaped like a derriere and a flash mob reception in a hotel lobby.

Cutler spent just 13 days blogging about her sexual exploits in the nation’s capital before she was unceremoniously fired and the blog erased, but those 13 days got her a book deal, an HBO pilot, and more than one lawsuit. And her now-hubby wasn’t aware of any of this when he proposed. “She didn’t tell me her last name for like, two weeks!” he says. “She told me she was in Playboy though.”
