North Korea Makes Threat Over Missile Launch

Vows to restart nuclear plants if sanctioned

(Newser) – North Korea said today it would reopen its nuclear facilities if the UN Security Council takes action over a planned missile launch, Reuters reports. If the UN adds sanctions against North Korea, Pyongyang said it would reverse the closing of both a nuclear reactor and its Yongbyon atomic plant, which was part of a pan-Asian deal signed in 2005.

“All the processes for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula ... will be brought back to what used to be before their start and necessary strong measures will be taken,” a statement warned. North Korea has continued to prepare a rocket for what it says is a satellite launch, but which international powers allege could double as a ballistic missile test.

We strongly urge the North to immediately stop the launch of a long-range missile, which would be a clear violation of the UN Security Council resolution 1718.

You know, at this point, who give's a shit? Pyongyang will do what ever it wants, when it wants. It lies, cheats, steels... It has broken every treaty it has ever signed. Makes up constant bullshit about how it's being invaded... Let them wallow in their own shit. They'd rather spend money on worthless militarization projects while watching their own people starve to death. I don't give a shit anymore. I don't care what they say or do. If they want to threaten anyone - let them. They know the consequences will be insurmountable. They've a GDP which to amounts to zero. They sell and trade weapons, ballistic systems and nuclear technologies to anyone... They're nothing but a bad dream and China isn't helping matters at all. They're constantly blackmailing Seoul with annihilation... They're seriously a collection of disillusioned, worthless individuals... destabilizing as a nation and a people; The immediate region and the world at large. There comes a point in life where enough is enough... No more bribes that don't work; No more money, no more energy, no more food. No more. The game ends... Now. We stand up to these manipulators, these morons.
