(Newser) – Democratic Senator Max Baucus said today he will test the waters of bipartisanship in health care reform, the New York Times reports. After a month of angry nationwide debate, the Senate Finance Committee chair plans to present the bipartisan group of six with a formal health proposal as early as tomorrow. Republican members will have to decide whether to debate and rewrite the legislation for presentation on the Senate floor.

i say the democrats should go for it--it might fail, but everyone will know where everyone stands and the american public will see whos to blame. if they dont go for it, they will loose anyway, since the democrats will be branded without balls.

What was wrong with the legislation penned by the radical Apollo Alliance that you have been advocating "51 & Joe & Ram It down their throats" all this time? Besides it being total load of government control crap??
