Justin Bieber may be on probation, but that didn't stop him from allegedly driving something called a Can-Am Spyder (apparently a three-wheeled motorcycle) up onto the sidewalk yesterday when Beverly Hills traffic was too much for him. TMZ got video, which shows Bieber allegedly coming "close to creaming an elderly woman with a walker," as the gossip site puts it, before dancing to loud music while back in a legal traffic lane. Sadly, a probation violation only counts if the police catch you doing it, TMZ reminds us.
