(Newser) – Authorities have seen no evidence that Michael Jackson was injected with the painkiller Demerol before his death, a detective tells the Los Angeles Times. The widely reported claims “are coming from outside the investigation,” he said today. Meanwhile, Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, has returned to the city and is preparing to speak with police, TMZ reports.

If it were true that he had injection for pain resulting in his death, maybe it was because his face was hurting him. Had he not believed that his original face was hurting those who had to look at it, he would not have mutilated himself in the first place.

Couldn't have been much more than a "Dr. Feelgood." If you listen to the 911 call, the dispatcher had to tell the caller to tell the "doctor" to move him off the bed to make CPR more effective. First Aid 101! I hope they hunt this guy down and make him pay in full if he had any hand in this.

Sure won't be the truth or he would have stuck around.
