(Newser) - The Texas Tech administration was not amused by a t-shirt distributed by a fraternity depicting a Tech player choking Texas A&M's mascot, a dog named Reveille, on a leash. Als on the shirt: the words "Vick 'Em," a play on the Aggies' slogan "Gig 'Em."...
