Bill Clinton is disclosing all the donors to his foundation today, and the list is full of foreign interests, the AP reports. Saudi Arabia alone pitched in more than $10 million to Clinton’s causes. Governments from Norway, Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei, Oman, Italy, Jamaica, and India also pitched in, as did a host of international business leaders and billionaires.

Clinton’s biggest donors were the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, which makes grants primarily in India and sub-Saharan Africa, and UNITAID, an international anti-AIDs group, which each gave in excess of $25 million. Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra gave more than $10 million; Clinton has reportedly helped Giustra land a contract in Kazakhstan. Mark Rich’s ex-wife makes the list way down in the $250,001-$500,000 bracket. (More Bill Clinton stories.)
