You may have scoffed at the have-to-be-false rumors that Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are together again—but they're not exactly denying it. Palin offered a vague statement to Good Morning America today explaining that she and Levi “are turning a new page here as co-parents to this wonderful boy” and “putting aside the past because doing so is in Tripp’s best interest.” No word, however, on whether “co-parenting” requires their rumored sleepovers.

Meanwhile, Johnston’s manager tells the New York Daily News the two are improving their relationship—but denies they’re rekindling a romance—and Johnston himself tells Radar, “Nothing is more important to me or Bristol than our son Tripp. We are taking active steps to work cooperatively in raising him, and in sharing the joys—and challenges—of parenthood."
