Two tourists are dead after a bizarre late-night attack in Guam. Chad Ryan DeSoto, 21, is accused of driving his car up onto a sidewalk and crashing into seven tourists in an upscale resort shopping district; police say he then drove into the wall of a store, left the car, and began stabbing people. He was arrested and faces charges including two counts of murder and 13 counts of attempted murder, the AP reports. No motive has been released. All of the victims were Japanese tourists, and included an 8-month-old infant, who survived, and an 82-year-old woman, who did not. (More stabbing stories.)
