Seems that Kitty Kelley’s Oprah tell-all isn’t the only place to get juicy behind-the-scenes gossip on the talk show queen. An ex-Harpo staffer was more than happy to share a few bizarre stories of working for Winfrey with Gawker. The weirdest: Producers would ask for a Diet Coke, but they really wanted a Diet Pepsi. Why not just say so? Because Oprah hates Pepsi. (Speaking of soda, two executive producers once drank 15 46-ounce Diet Pepsis in one day.)

The ex-staffer helpfully points out that those soda (and coffee and nicotine) addicted Oprah staffers weren’t exactly practicing her famous directive to “Live your best life.” Other “shockers”: Oprah is not a fan of Anderson Cooper, and assistant Carla Bird is pregnant…“with Oprah and Gayle’s baby.” Take that last one with a grain of salt.
