Perhaps worried that JK Rowling has opened the closet too widely, Bill O'Reilly has made Albus Dumbledore's outing a frequent topic this week, bemoaning the promotion of “parity for homosexuals with heterosexuals.” Calling the Harry Potter author a “provocateur,” the Fox anchor says adults are worried about the “indoctrination of their children,” Media Matters transcripts reveal.

When a co-host rebutted that Potter books wouldn’t make readers gay, O’Reilly yielded, but maintained that Dumbledore might teach kids tolerance for homosexuals. But the outspoken anchor did see adult humor in the Potter mentor’s outing, waxing, “apparently there’s a picture of him in Key West with three guys.” (More Harry Potter stories.)
