She admired Herman Cain the first time she saw him. Atlanta businesswoman Ginger White says they met in Louisville, Kentucky, then reconnected in Palm Springs and embarked on a 13-year affair that still hasn't entirely ended, MyFox Atlanta reports. On Fox 5 News tonight, White says she's divulging the relationship—and stepping into the political cross-hairs—because of Cain's aggressive reaction to accusations of sexual harassment. White says she didn't like seeing accusers "demonized, sort of, they were treated as if they were automatically lying, and the burden of proof was on them. I felt bad for them.”

She calls her affair with Cain "fun" and always respectful. He was “very arrogant in a playful sometimes way," she admits. "Very, ah—Herman Cain loves Herman Cain." White showed reporters his number on her cell phone bill, and they texted Cain—but when he called back, he only said he "knew Ginger White" and was "trying to help her financially." Digging into White's past, Fox found she had filed a sexual harassment claim against a former employer, and was sued by an ex-business partner who accused her of stalking. White is also facing eviction notices. “I don't think that makes me out to be a bad person,” she says. “It makes me out to be one of the millions of people right now trying to keep a roof over their head.” (More Herman Cain 2012 stories.)
