How to get yourself Tased in a hurry: Show up outside Buckingham Palace waving a couple of knives during the Changing of the Guard. Such was the fate today of a man believed to be in his 50s, after police challenged him and he responded "aggressively," reports the BBC. Officials wasted no time in accosting him, and he was charged with suspicion of causing an affray. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip were out of town at the time.
